WaterShed Development

This is Morgan State's NOMAS 2025 competition submission. I worked on the planning phase alongside the modeling and graphics team, developing the visual language that carried the concept through the entry.

WaterShed organizes an industrial zone and a steep, unused site through water-based architectural systems. Adaptive reuse and landscape integration turn a difficult slope into connected housing, cultural space, and flexible community programming.
