I completed a site study on a 96' x 64' lot, where I designed an 18-unit low-rise apartment building. This building features 8 one-bedroom apartments, 6 two-bedroom apartments, and 4 three-bedroom apartments To enhance the residents' experience, I included amenities like a cafe library, a gym, and a roof terrace. The design is aimed at creating a sense of community.
