Better Waverly
Community Club

Designing a community center for a small neighborhood that supports local events, celebrations, and daily activities. The project draws from Baltimore’s native vernacular and is carefully scaled to fit within the community’s small lot, creating a space that feels familiar, comfortable, and rooted in place.

The site offers a
centralized setting for a neighborhood-focused space, where community engagement feels like a family gathering in the backyard.
